Delivery Cost
FloraFlora charges a Standard Delivery fee of $6.95 per item. Saturday deliveries are charged Standard Delivery plus $4.95. Ground Shipping when available is $4.95 per item.

Delivery Restrictions
FloraFlora.com does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines

FloraFlora.com does not currently deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.

FloraFlora.com does not currently ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

FloraFlora.com does not currently ship to international addresses.

FloraFlora does not offer delivery on Sundays.

Delivery Times
Allow 1-5 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with UPS Standard Ground Service.
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. For UPS Ground Shipments only, processing time typically ranges from 3-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

Order Tracking
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:
Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "FloraFlora.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "FloraFlora.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. If multiple items are included in one order, it is likely you will receive a separate Order Shipment Confirmation email for each item.
Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:
Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.
Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.
If you are a registered FloraFlora.com member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.
Whether or not you are a registered FloraFlora.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
Delivery occurs only on Mondays through Saturdays.
There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
